Jim joined The Fairway Agency in 2007 and feels fortunate to be part of the agency’s growth and success as a wholesale insurance brokerage firm.

As Agency Manager, he provides leadership and underscores the importance of superior customer service, which The Fairway has long been known for. His focus is on relationship building with new and existing partner agents. Another priority is to create opportunities for the professional development of team members. 

The dedication, great attitude, and enthusiasm of the Fairway team inspire him every day. He takes pride in knowing that together, they are providing meaningful solutions to partner-agents and clients every day. 

He keeps sound advice from his brother in mind: “Great days don’t just happen. You need to make them happen, so make it a great day.” 

Outside of work, Jim spends time with his family and friends— golfing, playing pickle ball, hiking, and being outdoors as often as he can.
